Even as a climate advocate, living in the climate crisis is difficult. Often I feel scared, anxious, and angry about what’s happening around the world, making me feel small and powerless. I guess that’s when I truly Sense the Crisis.
But how do I deal with these emotions?
Join me on my journey through a multimedia climate storytelling dance performance, featuring stories I documented in Nepal, a song I wrote, animations I drew, graphics I coded, and emotions I will dance out.

Testimony
As an intern reporter in Nepal, I encountered a flooding site and learned from the people there, from how they are impacted by the flooding to how they are coping with it.
Dance
This piece utilizes dance to represent emotions and feelings, to make it personal for myself, and to welcome vulnerability because accepting vulnerability is how we build emotional and climate resilience.
Animation + Music
This piece incorporates animations and songs to depict the other factors surrounding the narrative to better illustrate the context.
